The Family Pack makes the back of your Roxform PORTO S or PORTO L longtail cargo e-bike a safer, more comfortable place for a passenger. It brings together the rear Caboose safety rail and a pair of footrests, so children or an adult passenger have something solid to hold and somewhere to rest their feet.
The Caboose gives a stable hand-hold and extra protection at the sides, and the footrests keep feet clear of the wheel. It is ideal for the school run, family days out and everyday trips. This pack is supplied without the rear seat cushion, which is sold separately.

Match the frame size to your height using the chart below, then set your saddle height so your leg is almost straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke. If you are between sizes or have any mobility concerns, size down or choose a step-through frame.
- 4'10" – 5'2" — 13" – 14" (XS)
- 5'2" – 5'6" — 15" – 16" (S)
- 5'6" – 5'10" — 17" – 18" (M)

Some models, such as UTO's folding e-bikes, come in one frame size; that model's Specifications list the rider heights it fits.
Charts are a starting point — frame geometry varies by model, so use it as a guide only.
Free standard delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses on qualifying e-bike orders. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and remote postcodes may cost more or take longer, and we confirm this before dispatch. Your e-bike is securely packaged for transport, and we send the available tracking information once it is on its way. Full details are on our Free UK Delivery page.
All our e-bikes come to us from UK and European makers and wholesalers, and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you ever need to send something back, please contact us first so we can arrange the return.
Your employer buys the e-bike; you repay it from your gross (pre-tax) salary over 12–18 months. Because the payments come out before tax and National Insurance, most riders save 25–40% versus the sticker price. At the end you keep the e-bike for a small final payment.
