Refund policy

Returns within 30 days. You can return an e-bike bought from E-Bike Centre within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Tell us first at contact@e-bikecentre.co.uk and we will give you a return reference and the return address before you send anything back.

Condition. The bike must be unused beyond a reasonable inspection - the same look-over you would give it in a shop - and returned with all original parts, charger, keys, manuals and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond that.

Your legal right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day window is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.

Return postage. Where a bike is faulty, wrongly described or wrongly supplied, we pay the return cost. Where you simply change your mind, the return cost is yours; e-bikes are heavy and bulky, so we will quote the cost and arrange a suitable courier for you before you commit.

Faulty bikes. If something is wrong with the bike, contact us with your order number, a description and photographs. Repair, replacement or refund follows your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Battery and motor warranty claims are handled with the manufacturer and we manage that process for you.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Klarna orders are refunded through Klarna; your Klarna plan is adjusted automatically.

What cannot be returned. Items made or configured to your specification, and any consumable or hygiene item that has been used. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
