Who we are. This website is operated by E-Bike Centre, a trading name of MKSG Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17352861, whose registered office is 99 Canterbury Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 4HG, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" mean E-Bike Centre; "you" means the person using this site or placing an order.
Using this site. By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to place an order. Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission.
Products and descriptions. We describe every bike as accurately as we can, including motor power, battery size and honest range figures. Photographs are indicative; colours can vary between screens. Specifications can change without notice where a manufacturer revises a model - if a change is material to your order we will tell you before dispatch.
UK e-bike law. The e-bikes we sell as road-legal are EAPCs: pedal assistance up to 15.5 mph, a motor rated up to 250 watts, working pedals, and a rider aged 14 or over. No licence, tax or insurance is required for an EAPC. Any product that exceeds those limits is sold for private land or off-road use only, and it is your responsibility to use it lawfully.
Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel. Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown, including Klarna where offered.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order - for example if stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud.
Delivery and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Liability. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies.
