Ordering & Delivery

Most mainland-UK orders are dispatched quickly, and we confirm your expected dispatch and delivery dates before your bike ships — so you're never guessing. Timing depends on stock location, safety checks and your postcode.

Yes — free standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses on qualifying e-bike orders over £200. Remote areas, islands and Northern Ireland can carry a charge or take longer; you'll see exact options at checkout. Full details: Free UK Delivery.

Yes. Once your e-bike is dispatched you receive the courier's tracking details. An adult needs to be present on delivery, and some couriers ask for a signature or PIN.

Bikes & Sizing

Start with your height — our E-Bike Sizing Guide has the frame-size chart and saddle-height checks. Not sure? Message us; a person who knows the bikes will size you properly.

Bikes are securely packaged and mostly assembled; some models need minor finishing (pedals, handlebars, front wheel). Model-specific guidance is included, and our team can talk you through it.

Yes — every e-bike we sell is UK legally compliant, meeting the EAPC rules: 250W motor, pedal assistance up to 15.5mph, no licence, tax or registration needed. Plain-English detail: Are e-bikes legal in the UK?

Insurance & Protection

Yes — every e-bike we sell is insured. E-Bike Centre pays the first year of eligible specialist e-bike insurance on every qualifying bike, subject to the insurer's approval. Cover is designed for e-bikes: theft, battery and motor. How it works: E-Bike Insurance.

Meet the insurer's requirements: an approved lock, correct storage and proof of purchase. You receive the policy documents before cover begins.

Nothing extra — the first year's eligible cover is included in the advertised bike price. No hidden charge at checkout.

Klarna & Payment

Yes — buy now, pay later with Klarna where shown at checkout: pay later or in instalments. Klarna assesses each application — acceptance isn't guaranteed, and the terms are shown before you agree. Details: Klarna Finance.

Klarna options are credit products: you see the dates, amounts and total cost before committing. Only borrow what you can comfortably repay — missed payments can affect your credit.

If you're employed and pay UK tax, a Cycle to Work scheme can save you 25–40%. Our plain-English guide: E-Bike Finance & Cycle to Work.

Returns & Warranty

30 days from the day you receive the bike, hassle-free. Keep the packaging until you're sure. Full policy: Refunds & Returns.

Inspect the packaging on arrival and send us photos plus your order number straight away — we'll put it right. Keep all packaging until it's resolved.
