Shipping policy
Free UK delivery. Free standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses on qualifying e-bike orders over £200. The exact options and any charge always appear at checkout before you pay.
Where a charge or longer wait applies. Remote areas, offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may carry a delivery charge or take longer. You will see this at checkout - never as a surprise afterwards.
Dispatch and timing. Timing depends on the bike, its stock location, its pre-delivery safety check and your postcode. We confirm your expected dispatch and delivery dates before your bike ships, so you are never guessing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking. When your order is dispatched we send the tracking and delivery information available for your courier.
Delivery day. E-bikes are large, heavy items delivered by a specialist or pallet courier. A signature, PIN or named recipient may be required, and we will tell you in advance if it is. Please check the packaging for damage before signing where you can.
If nobody is home. The courier will follow its own re-delivery or collection process and contact you. Repeated failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge, which we will always confirm with you first.
Damage in transit. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@e-bikecentre.co.uk with photographs of the packaging and the bike, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Outside the UK. We currently focus on UK mainland delivery. For any other destination, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver, the cost and the timescale. Any import duty or tax outside the UK is the customer's responsibility.
