Free standard delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses on qualifying e-bike orders. Remote areas and islands may require a charge or longer delivery time.

Delivery times depend on stock location, bike preparation, postcode and courier capacity. We confirm the expected timing before dispatch. Dates remain estimates unless we state otherwise.

3 · How your bike arrives

Your bike is securely packaged for transport. Some models may require pedals, handlebars or the front wheel to be positioned. Model-specific guidance will be supplied where needed.

4 · Tracking and receiving your bike

We send the available tracking information after dispatch. An adult should be available to receive the bike. Some deliveries require a signature or security PIN.

5 · Remote areas and special products

Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and remote postcodes may take longer or cost more. Oversized and cargo products may need specialist delivery. We confirm this before dispatch.

6 · If there is a delivery problem

Inspect the packaging before using the bike. If anything appears damaged or missing, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
