Our first-year commitment

We pay your first year of standard theft cover on every qualifying e-bike. When your purchase completes we send you an insurance voucher to present to our designated e-bike insurer, who confirms your cover.

How the insurance process will work

Cover will be subject to the confirmed provider's eligibility, security and policy requirements.

Use the approved lock and follow the storage conditions shown in the policy.

Read the final cover, limits and exclusions before the insurance starts.

Important insurance information

Standard cover protects your e-bike against theft. Battery and motor are covered by the bike's warranty - always check the Warranty section on that bike's product page, as terms vary by model and usually run for the first year. From year two you can add battery and motor to your insurance. Wider cover such as damage, service and maintenance can be arranged directly with our designated insurer at your own cost. You are free to use your own insurer, but our free-insurance offer applies only through our designated insurer.

Eligibility
The e-bike, rider and purchase must meet the final provider's eligibility requirements.
Security requirements
An approved lock, correct storage and proof of purchase may be required for valid cover.
