The Aptum AP-8F is CYSUM's adult electric motorcycle, built to EU L3e-A1 certification so it is legally roadworthy as well as capable off the tarmac. A 10kW peak motor (4kW rated, 410Nm max torque) drives it to a top speed of 53mph, powered by a 72V 40Ah LG lithium-ion battery giving a manufacturer-quoted range of 50–68 miles.
Off-road use only in the UK: this machine exceeds the 15.5 mph limit for a road-legal electric bike. The maker certifies it EU L3e-A1. Stopping power comes from front and rear hydraulic 4-piston disc brakes with regenerative braking to help recover energy on the way down. The aluminium alloy chassis, at 72kg, carries a 150kg payload and is finished with carbon fibre panels; the three-electric system (battery, motor and controller) is rated IP67 and the whole machine IP65.

All of our e-bikes are supplied to E-Bike Centre by our UK manufacturers and UK wholesalers and are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If for whatever reason you do need to send items back to us please first make contact with us to discuss and arrange return.
- Carries a 12 month warranty, or longer if you took the extended warranty
Your employer buys the bike; you repay it from your gross (pre-tax) salary over 12–18 months. Because the payments come out before tax and National Insurance, most riders save 25–40% versus the sticker price. At the end you keep the bike for a small final payment.
- You are eligible if you are employed, earn above the National Minimum Wage after the deduction, and your employer runs a scheme (Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative and others)
- There is no longer a £1,000 cap for most schemes
- Self-employed, or want the simplest option? Interest-free finance and Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later spread the cost at checkout, with no employer needed
